Window Washer Start up $50-$100

This is a great one if you don't mind getting soap on you.
Go from business to business in a strip mall and ask to wash there outside windows for $20.
Most places will be up for it because no one that works there wants to do it there self.
Start up Items are

1. Bucket (for water)
2. Soup
3. Squeegee
4. Microfiber Cloth
5. Receipt booklet (most places need a receipt for there taxes)

So this takes like 10 min to clean the windows and at $20 a shoot that's $120 per hr.

Best part is you ask if they want you to come back once a week and there you go repeat buisness.
